Function and feature
This machine can slit strips of different width by adjusting the bushings. Up and down blade shaft adopts middle alloyed steel(42CrMo)and the surface has the heat treatment, which make sure the shaft has high rigidity and good hard wearing, it can prolong the using life. Bearings adopt high-accuracy Rolling Mills Bearing, changing blades from side by single station structure is very convenient. Bottom and two sides of single station sticked with tetrafluoroethylene, which can gurantee slitting accuracy of long time using. Main motor output shaft of this machine arranged with hydraulic brake and hydraulic clutch unit. When produce the thin material, the gear-box is at high speed shift. When produce the thick material, change to be low speed shift by oil cylinder, so that the producing efficiency can be improved and the the motor power can be made good use of.
